So, Monday night was Deaf Havana on tour with their new album "All These Countless Nights" - performing at the O2 Academy, Bristol. With supporting from DEAD and Dinosaur Pile Up - although thanks to traffic on the M4, I only managed to arrive in time for Dinosaur Pile Up and Deaf Havana. Having caught the guys in DEAD last summer at YNOT Festival in Derbyshire, I HIGHLY recommend you check them out as soon as you can! Tonight was also exciting for me to test out my latest gear addition - the monstrous Sigma 85mm f/1.4 Art.
But now, onto some shots of Dinosaur Pile Up first:
And now finally onto the main attraction - the mighty folks in Deaf Havana. Having never shot Deaf Havana before, this was exciting. And I've been jamming the new album since it came out and it's simply incredible. A real evolution of their sound and creativity as a band.
All in all, an incredible show by an incredible band and I'm super excited to get out with this 85mm more often!
Stay Cool :)
